Anodic oxidation of aluminum:
In the acid electrolyte, a material protection technology is used to produce an oxide film on the aluminum surface by electrolysis with aluminum as an anode. There are a variety of electrolyte, anodic oxidation of aluminum, but basically is by sulfuric acid, chromic acid, oxalic acid or boric acid as the main component of the preparation. The most commonly used is the sulphuric acid base. The power supply can be used in DC, AC or alternating current. The voltage is at 5~25 volts, and the temperature is lower than 25.

Matters needing attention
1. When the cylinder is opened and supplemented, do not put it directly into the dyed tank, and add it to the tank after the water is completely dissolved in other containers (about 80-90 degrees C).
2. Please do not use water containing iron and phosphoric ions, usually tap water, or ion exchange water.
3. It must be washed thoroughly before dyeing. If the attachment of acids, will be spotted, or cause uneven dyeing, surface layer.
