Sodium Lignosulphonate

Lignin sulfonic acid sodium is a natural polymer, with a strong dispersion.Our product  is a kind of sodium ligonsulfonate with excellent performance of water reducing ,bonding ,retarding as well as many other functions.  Sodium lignosulgonste is an water-soluble anionic surfactant.It is a byproduct from the production of paper-making industry who using sulfite pulping and with raw materials such as wood,reed, wheet straw and other plants.It is powder with slightly aromatic odor,and nontoxi, harmless .Products are widely used in concrete,ceramics,metallurgy,agricultural chemicals, coal water slurry ...etc. 

use: 
1.used in the filed of concrete admixture,Sodium lignosulphonate can improve the workability and water of concrete, reduce the initial heat of hydration of cement,as the common water reducing mixture. 
2. Used in the field of coal water slurry : Sodium lignosulphonate can increase the output of the mill, maintain the normalization of the system, reduce the pulping energy consumption, to improve the concentration and reduce the viscosity of coal water slurry and achieve a certain stability and liquidity. 
3.Used in field of refractory materials and ceramic body reinforcing agent: in the production process of large size wall and floor tiles and refractory brick,sodium lignosulphonate can make the raw material particles of the body is firmly bonded, can make the dry body strength increased by 20% - 60% or more. 
4.Used as stuffing bulking agent and dispersant in dye industry: can increase the color of the dye, uniform the coloring, shorten the grinding time of the dye. 
5.Used as pesticides dispersant: as a bulking agent, dispersing agent and suspending agent, sodium lignosulphonate greatly improve the suspension rate and wetting properties in pesticide processing. 
6,used as binder for powder and granular materials: sodium lignosulphonae used in iron ore, lead-zinc powder, pulverized coal;shaping the brick walls and floor tiles; and improving strength and stability in mineral aggregating into the ball, and lubricating the mould ...etc 
7.used as dispersant. dilution viscosity reducer in the process of drilling: improve the flowability of the crude oil in transportation, reduce energy consumption. In petroleum products, as a cleaning agent, dispersing agent, high alkaline additives, anti rust agent, antistatic agent, emulsifying viscosity reducer, paraffin inhibitor etc..

Packing,storage, transportation 
1. Packing: 25kg in PP woven bag lined with plastic film. 
2. Storage: Kept in dry and ventilating place, prevent from rain and moisture when storage; if agglomerated, please crush and make it into solution, and its effect will be the same. 
3. Transportation:non-toxic, harmless, non-inflammable and non-explosive chemicals, it can be transported in truck and train.
